    a) Before Shipping
    You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
    To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number:

    b) After Shipping
    Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
    You must wait for delivery and then request an exchange, as we do not offer refunds.

    Incorrect pricing or product information
    Payment issues
    Fraudulent or suspicious orders
