5. Orders & Cancellations
   a) Order Confirmation
   Once you place an order, you will receive:
   Order confirmation email/SMS
   Payment receipt (via Razorpay)
   b) Cancellation by Customer
   Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
   Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
   c) Cancellation by Styleexkart
   We may cancel any order due to:
   Out-of-stock product
   Incorrect pricing
   Payment issues
   Suspicious/Fraudulent activity
   If cancelled, a full refund will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
   Delivery time depends on your location (usually 3–7 days).
   You must provide accurate address details to avoid delays.
   Delivery delays may occur due to:
   Weather conditions
   Courier partner issues
   Festivals or public holidays
7. Exchange
   Exchange accepted only under the following conditions:
   Wrong product received
   Damaged product delivered
   Defective product
   To exchange a return:
