    Other Cities: 4–7 business days
    Remote Areas / Villages: 6–10 business days
    These timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier partner or external factors.

  5. Incorrect Address
    Please provide accurate shipping details.

    Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
    Failed delivery attempts
    Extra charges due to address corrections
  6. Delay in Delivery
    Delivery may be delayed due to:
    Weather conditions
    Festivals / Holidays
    Unexpected courier issues
    Remote locations
    We will assist you if any delay occurs.
  7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
    If your order arrives damaged:
    Take photos and videos immediately
    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    We will assist with exchange (as per our policy)
    If the parcel is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement after courier investigation.

    Courier partner may call before delivery
